My name is Mark O’Shea, I am a Chartered Accountant.  I have been a Registered Company Auditor for 35 years and I am the principal of the firm Enmark Chartered Accountants.

I have extensive experience in the operation of an audit committee as both a member and an auditor reporting to a committee.

I have been a panel member conducting examinations and special administrations for the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations since 1995.

Current appointments include being the Chair of the audit committee of a Commonwealth corporate entity, current audit appointments include being auditor of two (2) regional Indigenous community health services in Queensland.
