Social Health

Social health is an area that focuses on enhancing the psycho-social wellbeing of the client, such that the client is then able to reach their full potential.

Our social health team can help you identify your strengths, develop a better understanding about yourself, and assist with finding pathways to better your psycho-social and emotional wellbeing in a culturally appropriate way. We offer a holistic approach to care and invite family (where possible) to engage in the healing process.
