Kambu Health invites all patients, clients, members, staff, Elders, and/or clients who are parents/guardians of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children who have completed their 715 Health Check with us this year to collect their FREE entry wristband for our Community Children’s Christmas Carnival, Sunday 15 December 2024 at Ipswich Turf Club.
📍 Wristband Collection Location: Ipswich Clinic, 27 Roderick Street, and/or Laidley Clinic, 164 Patrick Street
⏰ Collection Time: Monday - Friday from 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
🪪 Remember to bring your ID: ID required for wristband allocation
If you have completed your 715 Health Check this year head into our Ipswich or Laidley Clinic to grab your wristband – be sure to bring some ID with you 🎄
If you have NOT had your 715 Health Check there is still time, call Ipswich Clinic on: (07) 3810 3000 or Laidley Clinic on: (07) 5465 3541 to book in for your 715 Health Check before Monday 2 December 2024.
IMPORTANT NOTE: be sure to wear your wristband to the Carnival, no wristband = no entry!!
