Our physiotherapist working from Kambu Health will listen and work with you on your needs to develop the most appropriate treatment for your condition, including setting goals and treatment outcomes.

Our aim is to build great health, have you free from pain wherever possible, and eliminate or reduce injury... hopefully staying that way too!

Physiotherapy is the assistance to overcome or prevent movement disorders which may have developed through:

• an accident or injury,

• present from birth, or

• the result of ageing or life-changing events.

Physiotherapy can help you:

• Recover or prevent injury,

• Reduce pain and stiffness, and

• Increase your mobility.

Our Physiotherapists use manual therapy like massage, joint mobilisation and manipulation as well as muscle stretching. In addition to other methods to reduce pain and inflammation include hot packs, ice, ultrasound and laser treatment.

Fun Fact: You will have to do homework!

I bet you didn’t think you would have to do homework after high school, huh?

Well, our physiotherapist will likely assign you homework to do… no pen or paper will be needed though.

​

Instead, you will be asked to practice some exercises at home to support your recovery process and reach your goals as fast as possible, so make sure you do your homework if it’s assigned!

​
