We provide culturally safe primary health care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families living in the Ipswich and west Moreton areas, offering comprehensive holistic health and wellbeing services.


 

Clinics

​​The clinical care teams across our locations comprise of Aboriginal Health Practitioners (AHPs), Aboriginal Health Workers (AHWs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), Midwives, and General Practitioners (GPs).

​

We ensure that you receive the best care possible with our deadly Kambu Health team!

​

You will receive a comprehensive health care assessment through our triage process before seeing the GPs and then hear from us for any immediate follow-up care and advice.

 

Ultimately, we want to improve the rates of chronic illness and manage the ongoing care of all our mob within our Ipswich and west Moreton community.

Health Assessment

Each client's journey begins in the clinic by applying a cycle of care initiated by a Health Check. This free assessment of your overall health helps us provide you with the best care and the most appropriate wrap-around support!

​

These checks aim to keep you healthy and allow us to prevent chronic illnesses from developing.

​

You know what they say – "Prevention is better than cure."

​

Fun fact: You will also hear these checks referred to as 715 Health Assessments – Good Health starts with a 715!

​​​​​​​​We require confirmation by 1:00pm the day prior for your appointment.

 

Our Medical reception team will attempt to reach you via phone and SMS to confirm your appointment.

 

Unfortunately, if we do not hear from you by this time, your appointment will be cancelled and offered to another patient due to our high demand.
