CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

Roshan Yaddehige is an experienced finance professional with 25 years of expertise spanning Government, Not-for-Profit, commercial, and business/taxation sectors. He has progressed through various finance roles, from Junior Accountant to Finance Manager, before stepping into his current position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Kambu Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation for Health (Kambu Health).


In his role as CFO, Roshan is responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with Kambu Health’s mission. He oversees budgeting and financial performance, ensures compliance with Australian regulatory and reporting standards, manages financial risks, and optimises resources to maximise community impact and long-term sustainability.


Roshan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and double Master’s degrees in International Finance and Professional Accounting from Deakin University, Melbourne. He is also a Chartered Accountant (CA Sri Lanka) and a full member of CPA Australia.


Originally from Sri Lanka, Roshan is now a proud Australian citizen dedicated to strengthening financial sustainability within the Not-for-Profit sector. His passion lies in leveraging his extensive expertise to support Kambu Health’s continued growth, ensuring the organisation delivers high-quality health, education, and social services to the community.
