My name is Jaide Southee. I grew up in Logan and currently serve as the General Manager, People and Culture.

I bring 13 years of experience across various health roles. My career commenced as a Dental Assistant, after which I progressed into management roles  encompassing Dental, Medical, and Allied Health Services.

I hold an Associate Degree in Business,  Diploma in Practice Management, and a Diploma in Human Resources. In 2025, 

I will begin my Postgraduate Diploma in People & Culture at Springfield UniSQ, advancing my education will expand my skills, allowing me to lead and promote diversity, inclusion and employee engagement, improving our workforce.

My role focuses on fostering Kambu Health’s values.  I am dedicated to enhancing employee engagement, performance, professional growth, meeting the needs both strategically and operationally.
