Our staff respect the privacy and confidentiality of your health information. It is the policy of this organisation to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure this information is only available to authorised members of staff.

Communication Policy 

Our Health Service procedure for identifying clients with urgent medical needs is to ask the client whether "it is an emergency?" when they request an appointment via telephone. For after hours contact, all clinics have emergency directions via answering machine, signage at the front door and on our patient information sheets. We currently do not offer medical enquiries via email or online. Online services are available for other communication needs e.g. providing feedback and continuous improvement suggestions.
